Dynamic chart in a new Sheet

I hope someone can help or guide me in the right direction!

Let's say I have two values in Sheet1 (True & False) and these values can increase or decrease.

How can I set up a dynamic chart or may be a line graph (Corresponding to Value True and False) on a new Sheet?
