Download Solver Add in

I am attempting to download the analytic solver on my MacBook Air and when I attempt to download it, it mentions there is an error with the download on the bottom right hand side. Upon clicking on the error message it asks me to sign-in and when going to sign in, the popup box is blank and does not allow me to sign in.
