display an image from public url in excel (sharepoint version)

Hi
We have an issue using Excel (as a template), and sharepoint Excel (before transforming in pdf)
We want to display an image from a public url (google storage) on sharepoint Excel
We have tried so many possibilitys but no one works, vba , IMAGE fonction (disabled ?), opening security rules,…
Can we have some help from expert ?

    I believe the IMAGE function is only accessible on the Beta Channel (Insiders). I've had access to it since August on my non-work PC that's on the Beta channel.

     

    It might be worth noting IMAGE makes use of linked data types.
