Difficulty in Hyperlinking PDF Docs

I'm working with EXCEL Vers 16.13.1. When I hyperlink a PDF doc into a cell and then click to open the PDF doc appears behind the table (does not happen with Word docs or webpages). Is there a way I can get the PDF doc to open in front of the table.
