Thank you, Gourab. Yes, that is the solution for one month. Is there a way to affect the same cell as the months advance?

just change the sign from "+" to "-"

Gourab,
I do thank you for your replies. However, I'm quite new at this and am unaware where to put the + or -. Also, just wanted to confirm that we are only affecting the one cell, so that whichever month we pick, it will advance the 'due' cell one month.

Well, I had hoped to resolve this. I don't understand the solution, so I found another one. I deleted the 'Due' row and added Conditional Formatting to the months so that any cell with a date a month in advance shows a red fill.
