To add the Data Types tool to the ribbon in Excel 365, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open Excel and navigate to the ribbon at the top of the window.
    2. Right-click on any blank area of the ribbon to open the Customize the Ribbon menu.
    3. In the Customize the Ribbon menu, click on "Customize Ribbon..." option.
    4. In the Excel Options dialog box that appears, on the right side under the "Choose commands from" drop-down menu, select "All Commands".
    5. Scroll down the list of commands until you find "Data Types...". This is the command that adds the Data Types tool to the ribbon.
    6. Select "Data Types..." in the list of commands, then click on the "Add >>" button in the middle to add it to a custom group on the ribbon.
    7. Optionally, you can create a new custom group by clicking on the "New Group" button to organize the Data Types tool.
    8. Once you've added the Data Types tool to the desired custom group, click "OK" to save your changes and close the Excel Options dialog box.

Now, you should see the Data Types tool available in the ribbon under the custom group you specified. You can click on it to open the Data Types pane and use its features to convert text into linked data types. The text and steps was created with the help of AI.

    Hope this will help you.

    Hello,

You can access data types by going to the Data tab and then it will appear in the middle as "Data types".

If that does not appear to you, I'll give you a couple of links for further information.
