can use excel to determine the data according to this table

It's not really clear what you want. For Flowrate and Temp, the best interpolation might be to simply copy the values for 13:30 downwards, since the values for 15:00 are the same, or almost the same. But for Pressure, do you want a linear prediction, or exponential, or ...?
