Data Table

I am trying to limit entry into a column cell to only one of four options/answers. I created a worksheet with the four entries and tried to bring to my data entry worksheet but Excel doesn't like it and says the must be in the the worksheet but I can't create a table in the worksheet.  I know this is a simple transaction but I am lost.  Can anyone help me figure this out?
