Data Table with Dates and Pivot Table Date Format

Hello all, I'm using Microsoft Excel in 365.  I've got a data table that I use to create multiple Pivot Reports.  Some times my dates are reflected as a number in the Pivot Report Filter and I need it to reflect the date.  Any suggestions for this?  The Columns in the table for the dates are formatted as a date.
