Data option is missing Excel online

NikolinoDE Really weird. With one user it is working. In the same browser, same data with another user, I don't get the 'data' option.
If I share the document from the user where it is working, to the user it is not working, it is still not working for that user.
In a lab with 10 students, they all have the same device, same browser, same license, ... 2 out of 10 don't have the option, 8 of 10 do have the option... Doesn't make sense...
