creating a worksheet from a formula

I am wondering if it is possible to have a function/code that would allow you to select a group of check box/drop down values that would in turn open a new worksheet and then copy a custom formatted group of cells into that new worksheet in a linear fashion i.e. click box "graph 1" -> opens new worksheet -> selects "graph 1" from another worksheet -> copy's onto new worksheet -> repeat for x amount of graphs?
