Creating a Macro for Column Titles
There no doubt is a macro that could be created to do what you're asking. I'll let someone else deal with that.
My reaction when I read your question is to think: "This doesn't sound like the most effective or efficient way to use Excel's wonderful reporting capabilities in the first place." It may be, so I need to apologize in advance for questioning what's happening just based on your question.
However, it does sound as if you're using a computer to replicate some of the inefficiencies of "the way we used to do it" in the days before computers, in the days when some paper report was created from scratch by accountants working from green ledger sheets.
So I'm wondering if you are in a position to look deeper into whether the whole process of preparing this weekly report could be made more efficient, so that those headings don't need to be copied and pasted, whether by you or by a macro? If so, please come back with a sample of the workbook/spreadsheet you are working with and a description of the report needed....
