Creating a financial year balance table

So i searched for hours on the Microsoft website but when i found something it did't match my excel version or my cause.

 

I want to make a table that has the following colomns:

Transactiontype(with a choice between income and expenditure)

Date

Description

Amount of money

Amount of money made positive or negative based upon it bein income or expenditure.

 

The thing is that i can't get the range of the data in the colomn of Transaction to be limited to just income or expenditure(just like in the cash flow example).

And the second thing is that i can't seem to figure out how to connect that to the last category to the amount of money is represented as i want in a chart for example by changing the amount of money to negative when the first category is expenditure and positive when it is income.

 

Can't somebody please help me or guide me to the right pages that can help me.
