CountIF Using Text (Specific Words)
Inside Sheet2 I have a COUNTIF formula to calculate how many times "Purple" shows up in Column G on Sheet1. =COUNTIF(Sheet1!G:G,"Purple") But I want to divide that count by the number of record...
How about
=COUNTIF(Sheet1!G:G,"Purple")/(COUNTA(Sheet1!G:G)-1)
Format the cell with the formula as a percentage (no need to multiply with 100 in the formula)
