Copying a row then moving to the next row in excel in preparation for copying

I am trying to write a vba macro for copying a horizontal row in a sheet used for tracking, to a column in a working sheet.

The working sheet is then copied completely to a new sheet (I have already created this macro), that is numbered automatically from a cell in the new sheet.

I then want to go back, clear the working sheet, and then populate this sheet with the next row on the tracking sheet.
