Control the Results of a "Find & Replace" Command

I would like to see in the Find & Replace "Options" box, to choose Active Columns that we can choose to see in the results.

Right now, if I have a 100 columns of Cat Drawings and I choose to see all "Black Cats", well I can see all of the rows that have the term "Black Cats", But what I can't see is the column that has the drawing number of a particular Black Cat drawing.

I have to click each one in the Find & Replace results, so it will highlight each row, THEN I can see what drawings its in. It would be nice to be able to see what drawings goes to what black cats terms.

If I was able to add that column, then it would just show up in the results and would be much easier to find out information.

Thanks in advance and if there is already such a feature, could you please let me know how I can go about finding it?
