Conditional Formatting for cells formatted as [h]:mm;@
Need to highlight cell with over 50:00 in yellow, and cells under 40:00 in red. Any suggestion?

Hi Sharon,
Conditional formatting -> New rule -> Format only cells that contain -> select "greater than" with value 50:00 for one rule and "less than" for value 40:00 for another.
Two rules, for yellow and red.
