Conditional formatting by colour
If I have a table like in the picture attached can I add up a total based on when an invoice is paid and change font to red

Hi Robert,
In general yes, however from your screenshot it's not clear how Excel knows is invoice paid or not.
Instead of screenshot better to attach small sample file.
