Conditional Formating - % Formula
I want to have the Final Classification field to populate the Reclassification response if there is one and populate only the Classification response if no reclass. What Formula do I use?

Didn't catch the link between subject and body of your post. Anyway, the formula could be
=IF(ISBLANK(B2),A2,B2)
