Conditional format
Hi! In my cell I want to show; a red background if the cell value is above 10, or a yellow background if the cell value is above 2 and below 10, or a green background if the cell value is below...
Select the cell or cells that you want to format.
Set the background color to green. This will be the default.
On the Home tab of the ribbon, select Conditional Formatting > New Rule...
Select 'Format only cells that contain'.
Leave the first drop down set to 'Cell Value'.
Select 'greater than or equal to' from the second drop down.
Enter 2 in the box next to it.
Click Format...
Activate the Fill tab.
Select yellow.
Click OK, then click OK again.
Repeat these steps, but with 10 instead of 2 and red instead of yellow.
