CONCAT Adding, Removing and then IF 0-9 add this...Help Please

Hi Everyone,

So I think I have gone as far as my brain will carry me in what I want my formula to do. In the attached photo, Column A is the new data where the formula resides. It is Taking the value in B3, adding "WAN" at the end of it, then adding the Value in C3 to the end of that and then the value in D3, but only what is after the first space. This all works. But The remaining formatting I need is to say if the number after the "/" in D3 is "1-9" add a "0" in front of that number (10-99 leave it as is), then remove the "/".

Output should go from "SSMRONAF-GO01000F2AS01" in B3 to "SSMRONAF-GO01000F2AS01WAN2003" in A3. Now it is showing as "SSMRONAF-GO01000F2AS01WAN20/3".
