Complex Formula Needed, Please Help
Hi all, i have a very complicated formula which requires some formula and rationale to make the computation working.
Need to translate the logic into Excel formula.
Have stated all the requirements in the excel, kindly take a look, its challenging.

After my suggestion, you will find a suggested solution below, as far as I could see it from your description and the translation.
With your permission, if I can recommend, describe exactly what the problem is.
Your description should be able to answer the following questions:
Where did the problem occur (operating system, Office application)?
Which version is your application (office version e.g. 2016 or 2019 or 365 web or 365 pro, etc) and your operating system (e.g. Win10 (2004), Win 10 (1903), Mac, etc.)?
When is or does the problem always arise?
Does it only happen in this application (e.g. Excel) or only in this workbook, worksheet?
Worksheet:
Which cell should have which formatting?
(Currency, numbers, date, etc.)
Which cell should be connected to which ... and how?
(e.g. cell A is to be added with cell C and the result on cell C)
Which result should appear in which cell?
This means that an outsider can better understand your problem and offer you a better solution.
