Albsha41 I'm not sure what you are trying to do exactly but it sounds like you have the 2 lists both on the same sheet so a real quick idea might be to use conditional formatting to highlight either the duplicates or the unique values in the 2 lists:
Hi yes they are on the same spreadsheet! I brought them both over separatley. If I could put them all together it would make it easier to see what names I need to fix.

Albsha41 You say they are on the same sheet so lets say col. A is list A and col. E is list B then you click on column A and then ctrl-click column E and then go to conditional formatting -> Highlight Cells Rules -> Duplicate Values and then you can select Duplicates or Unique values to highlight. Let's say you select Unique. Then any Name that shows up only 1x will be highlighted so if you want to makes sure every Name from List A is in List B then look in List A for the highlighted Names and add them to List B. If you want to make sure names deleted from list A but still showing in list B get deleted from list B then just look at the names highlighted in list B. If this isn't what you want, maybe explain a little more what exactly you do want.
