Compare two Sheets (differents, not new version of one)

Hello,

I'm looking for a macro or something to compare two differents sheets.

A little background, I have one sheet with a lot of names and numbers, and I have another one with a Dynamic Table with the same persons (this is an imported document).

I have to compare the numbers between these two sheets for each person and I would like to "automize" this process.

The big trouble that I found is that my two sheets are not in the same "format", so the names are in different Rows and/or columns.

Is there a way to do that? I just need to search the person by name and last name and if I can't do a comparison, at least create a formula to search the difference between them and create a NEW sheet.

I've also tried Synkronizer but I don't know if it can do what I'm looking for.
