Command+apostrophe shortcut not working

Hi all, I often use the Command+apostrophe shortcut to copy the above cell. I just updated (now using version 16.11.1 180319 for Mac) and this command no longer works. Control+apostrophe works, but I prefer the one-handed Command+apostrophe. Any idea why it would have stopped working, and how to get it back?
