Combining a portion of data

Hello everyone, I want my Street Address (Column I) last two digits add up at the end of the Zip Code (Column L).2441 33rd Ave&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 95670-73274110810 Basie Way&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 95822-2249106 Tide Ct&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;95838-301706&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; and plus zero if its single digit.Can someone please help me with a formula or macro? Any help will be greatly appreciated thank you.
