Choosing Cost

Hi, I'm just looking for some help with my maths c assignment that requires basic knowledge of excel and I have no idea what I'm doing. I need to be able to enter the breaking strain of a cable and it tell me what cable I need and how much it will cost me. Thank you in advance for any help :)
