chart in Microsoft Excel

I am making a chart in Excel. I think I need a scatter plot, with several series on the y-axis, and one series numerical values on the x-axis. I have been unable to put the series numerical values on the x-axis. I am using Windows 11.

    Could you attach a sample workbook (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar? Thanks in advance.
