CHANGING COLOR TO RED OF FORMULA RESULT

I HAVE THIS FORMULA =D2*100/C2 ON H2. HOW TO MAKE THE RESULT CHANGE TO RED IF H2>29.99?  COULD I USE AN IF FORMULA AS =IF((D2*100/C2)>29.99,RED(CODE FOR THIS COLOR),BLACK(CODE FOR THIS COLOR)
