CELL and CONCATENATE Function usage - Formula Error

Can anyone tell what is the problem with this formula?

=CELL("address",CONCATENATE("E",(MATCH(A44,A2:A60,0))))

I am trying to retrieve a value of a cell whose column is 'E'.
