Can't Find Project or Library
I have an excel file running macros when I added Sheet 9,10,11 and updated Sheet 1 every time I open it an error cant find project or library is prompting up. Please help I need this to get resolved.

The VBA project in the workbook has been locked with a password, so we cannot inspect the code.
