Can't create chart, option grayed out

The trick is to uncheck the box, see screen shots.
Click Share WorkbookUncheck the box and OK

IN Excel 2016, the share workbook button has been removed from the ribbon. You can add it to your Quick Access Toolbar temporarily, you may find the button if you select "All commands" from the dropdown.
