Can query https://reports.office.com/pbi/v1.0/ with Excel and Power BI, but not SSIS

Has anyone been able to query https://reports.office.com/pbi/v1.0/ with SSIS? I can access this data from Power BI and Excel and wanted to set up a process to extract the data and keep it for historical purposes, but can't seem to connect. Using SQL 2016 SSIS.
