Can not create a macro

Hello, I have Office 2016 Pro Plus (and win 10 pro) and I can not create a macro (Alt F8) and can not create a vba module (Alt F11).  The result is that Excel closes. There is no message error or any indication, it terminates.

Also, I downloaded files from Chip Pearson site and it is the same, I can not access any of the code. I downloaded files with vba coding from other sites and it is the same story.

I had 32 bit version and now the 64 bit version and it is the same. I also have no add in installed and I also have the latest updates.

What is the solution?
