Can I update a list in excel when linkex to a email contact group

Hi.

Hope someone can help.

I have a list of people in my department at work, whos names are contained on an excel spreadsheet. The same list is contained in an email contact group, and the email group is updated when people join and leave the company.

Unfortunately the spreadsheet list seems to not have been updated at the same time and therefore has become out of date.

What I would like to achieve is to link the email contact group to the spreadsheet group and when someone is added or taken off the email group, the spreadsheet automatically updates.

Is this possible.? I am using Windows 10.
