Button/VBA to move rows one by one to another row

Hello,

I need a button or something to move rows one by one (from 13 to 50) to the row nr. 10.

Every row have the same style but different data, and from the row 10 a collect data which is transfered to another program.

I hope you can help me. Thanks!
