Business Day Calculation
Looking to do the following calculation in excel
https://www.timeanddate.com/date/weekdayadd.html?d1=27&m1=11&y1=2017&
currently I do
Lead Time / 5 = Lead Time Weeks
Then [Start Time] * [Lead Time Weeks *7] = The On Time Date
This essentially gives me the lead time based around business days and not calendar days
Is there a way to do this to where it excludes holidays?

Attached the gile. Essentially I would like the on time date to include weekends and holidays (right now I am just including weekends). Moreover I would like TAT to incorporate those as well so that everything lines up.
