Hi, thanks so much for looping me in. Can you please post this over on Answers.Microsoft.com? That's our Support forum. We have agents there who can help troubleshoot. Also, other people can "me-too" it if they experience the same issue.
Before you post, can you please check for updates and then see if the problem persists in the latest release? When you post, can you please include the exact version and build number?
