Avoid Duplicate Columns in a Column Chart
I have an excel chart where I'm tracking multiple dates against a lot number so I duplicate lot number rows to capture the individual dates of items feeding into it (2 rows for each lot). I also want to make column charts with my master lot number, which right now is duplicating the column in the chart twice for each lot. How can I maintain my excel spreadsheet while have the column chart not repeat duplicates? Thank you in advance for your help!

It would be helpful if you provide more detail. Ideally a screenshot or even better workbook example. The more detailed information you give the community the more likely you will get a response.
For Example:
1. How is your data structured?
2. What type of Chart are you using?
3. Do you have a current state spreadsheet vs. Future State Example?
4. If people are not familiar with your industry lot numbers and dates may be confusing without more context...
