In D1:

=A1&"-"&CHAR(64+COUNTIF(A$1:A1,A1))

Fill down.

HansVogelaar Thanks! It works I have just to change "$CHAR" TO "&CARACT" AND "&COUNTIF" TO "&CONT.SE". Because I use portugue on Excel. But it works!
