Assistance in formula to count conditionally formatted coloms

Hello all, can some please assist in the formula to be used to count negative values in a colom.&nbsp;

Sanet1510&nbsp;Please elaborate. Are the numbers really numbers or are they perhaps texts looking like numbers. Have a look at the attached file. Perhaps you need a semi-colon in stead of a comma between the formula arguments.&nbsp;
