After last update, document replaced with 1y/o copy

After last update, my most valuable document has now been replaced with 1y/o copy, meaning I have lost 1 year of work. Annoyingly this document is now the same on both my mobile's save folder, and on my backup on onedrive.

Is there anyway to recover my file?
