Adding up Autosums as a total Sums in excel
Hi Emma,
In such cases instaed of Autosum button better to use SUBTOTAL https://support.office.com/en-us/article/SUBTOTAL-function-7b027003-f060-4ade-9040-e478765b9939 or AGGREGATE https://support.office.com/en-us/article/AGGREGATE-function-43b9278e-6aa7-4f17-92b6-e19993fa26df functions
Hi Sergei,
Thank you for your reply. Fantastic I used the SUBTOTAL throughout and it's worked! I was using AUTOSUM and then trying to pick all them up with a SUBTOTAL.
Will have a to have a look at the AGGREGATE as I have never used this function. What does the AGGREGATE actually achive?
Thank you very much for your help.

Emma, AGGREGATE is similar to SUBTOTAL but have wider range of functions and allows to ignore errors, hidden rows, etc
