Active X ComboBox not working in Excel v1810

Active X ComboBox not working in Excel v1810. Clicking on the box produces smaller combo box then it goes away. This happens in document below and if I create in a blank document. Any help is appreciated. Active X ComboBox works fine in Excel v1809

    It seems a bug!

    I recommend you to report it to Microsoft through Help (Ribbon Tab) >> Feedback.
