A formula or function in excel for a different cell solution
I am trying to have excel, read line and and a make choice based on a another cells input see example
I the person filling in the form selects a button, the amount to the right of the button will populate the last column, does any know I would go about writing that please?

Rosemary68 That's going to be a lot of tedious work n case you intend to do a lot of these buttons.
First you need to create a Goupbox for each group of radio buttons that belong together. Then add the buttons and link them to a cell that will hold the button number pressed (in that group). In the above picture that would be L3 (can be hidden). To pick-up the amount belonging to the button selected, use INDEX (as in M3).

Rosemary68 It's not one formula. As said, you need a group box to "collect" the buttons, a linked cell and an INDEX formula. It's all in the file I uploaded. If you google for "group box Excel" you'll get many hits. Same for "radio buttons". Don't really know what I can add.
