Hello, can someone explain to me what is happening because I do not know where I am

You are on community portal where people ask concrete questions and other people in there free time answer on them. That's not Microsoft support.
If have any ideas you'd like to share with Microsoft you may submit them on Excel · Community (microsoft.com). Don't expect answer, but Microsoft monitors that resource.
