איך אני פותרת את הבעיה הזו?

וזה בכל אחד מהגליונות .

It usually means Excel is receiving continuous input from your keyboard, mouse, or another connected device (like a controller or touchpad). When Excel “scrolls automatically,” it’s almost always due to a stuck key or device sending scroll commands.

Here’s how to fix it step-by-step:

    Disconnect or reset input devices

    1. Unplug your mouse, keyboard, or graphics tablet (if you use one).
    2. If you’re on a laptop, disconnect any external mouse or USB devices.
    3. Reopen Excel and see if it still scrolls.

If the issue stops, plug devices back in one by one — the one that triggers it again is the culprit.

    Test in Safe Mode

Try launching Excel in Safe Mode:

    1. Close Excel.
    2. Press Windows + R, type:
    3. excel /safe
    4. Press Enter.

If the problem doesn’t happen in Safe Mode, it’s likely caused by an add-in.

    To disable add-ins:

    1. Go to File → Options → Add-ins.
    2. At the bottom, choose Excel Add-ins → Go.
    3. Uncheck everything temporarily, then restart Excel.

Check “Sticky Keys” or “Accessibility” settings

Sometimes accessibility features can cause strange input behavior.

    Windows:

Go to Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard, and make sure “Sticky Keys” and “Filter Keys” are off.

    Mac:

Go to System Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard and ensure no key repeat or accessibility settings are affecting input.
