    This is in fact an issue with Chrome and the just released latest version (Version 131.0.6778.86) has fixed the issue.

    Same issue after an update. 

    Seems to only affect SNow. 

    Had my coworker try and they can copy/paste. 

    No other changes. 

    Affects both Chrome and EDGE

    Hi Kelly - Yes, I'm unable to select/highlight text in order to copy. I saw that others are having the same issue in a web search. I'm not sure if this is a chromium or Service Now issue.

  • Hi rgrisi - Are you having an issue with copying or highlighting and selecting text?  

     

    I see there is an open issue for highlighting and selecting text but the developers were not able to reproduce.  Please provide any additional details that could help the investigation and I'll pass it along.  Thanks!
