Resource Monitor broken on all Domain Clients
Version: Win 10 Enterprise LTSC, 1809 (Build 17763.4851)
I'm actually stumped on this. When launching the Windows Performance Monitor on any of our domain clients, every tab/section is just blank. If I use the Menu band (Monitoring -> Start Monitoring), I get an Access Denied error.
I have checked the Local groups for Performance Monitoring, Domain-Users and Admins are in there, so even without Admin credentials, it should work.
The Dropdowns to show different services are visible, but there is no data whatsoever. Even the Built-In Admin can't use it and Domain-Admins can't use it. Tried it on a freshly formatted client, didn't work either.
It DOES work on Servers.
I have tried everything I could find on google, though no one had a definitive answer, and nothing worked.
I had given up on it for a while, but now that we need it to diagnose performance issues on our clients, I need to find some way to fix it.
Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?
