Going from IE mode site to a smartcard authenticated site in the same tab

mhousler Hi! Thanks for reaching out! I've connected with the IE Mode team and they've suggested you may need to configure the site as a neutral site. Here is more information: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/edge-ie-mode-sitelist#configure-neutral-sites

Do you mean to put the site that requires the CAC authentication in as a neutral site?

This happens on *any* site that requires CAC authentication when I go from an IE Mode tab so it wouldn't really be practical to try to add them all 🙂

I did test one and while "Neutral" didn't work, it did work if I put the CAC site in IE Mode also. Still not really a solution though as IE mode seems to break other things on the site.

    Kelly_Y , I just wanted to mention that this issue appears fixed, as least in
    Version 86.0.622.68 (Official build) (64-bit) although it may have been previously and I missed it.
